I lead at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and governance. I help healthcare organizations build the governance infrastructure needed for responsible AI adoption through Ciniji Group Inc., while driving provincial health system implementation in my role at Ontario Health.
With a professional background spanning clinical optometry, university lecturing, and strategic healthcare program management, I bring both frontline clinical insight and systems-level thinking to the governance challenges created by rapid AI adoption.
I work at the intersection of AI strategy, healthcare operations, and regulatory compliance, helping organizations build the policies, frameworks, and oversight structures needed before AI touches patient data.
Beyond consulting, I'm committed to shaping how the next generation of healthcare professionals thinks about AI. I speak, mentor, and write on the responsible integration of technology in healthcare, drawing on my own journey from clinical practice in Nigeria to leading provincial health programs in Canada.
